Who We Are

This application is operated by MEAL BOOSTERS (“Meal Boosters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 341 New Albany Road, Suite 110, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057.

What We Collect

By submitting this application, you provide us with personal information including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, age, social media handles, and your responses to application questions.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Evaluate your application for the Meal Boosters Ambassador Program

  • Review your social media profiles and content to assess fit

  • Contact you regarding your application status

  • Send you follow-up reminders if your application is incomplete

Incomplete Applications

If you start this application but don’t finish it, we may use the contact information you’ve already provided to send you a limited number of reminder emails or text messages encouraging you to complete your application. You can opt out of these follow-ups at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us directly.

Who Has Access to Your Data

Your information may be shared with the following service providers solely for the purpose of processing and managing your application:

  • Typeform (application form hosting)

  • Our CRM and email platform (application management and communication)

  • Automation tools such as Zapier or Make (data routing between systems)

We do not sell your personal information. Your data will not be used for purposes unrelated to the Ambassador Program without your consent.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Accepted applicants: Your data is retained for the duration of your participation in the Program and is subject to the full Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions provided at onboarding.

  • Rejected applicants: Your data is retained for up to 12 months following rejection (so we can reconsider you for future program cycles), then deleted.

  • Incomplete applications: Deleted after the period specified above.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

  • Opt out of follow-up communications at any time

What This Is (and Isn’t)

Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Ambassador Program and does not create any contractual or employment relationship with Meal Boosters. If accepted, you will be asked to review and agree to the full Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions before beginning any ambassador activities.
