Order Processing
Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches or major promotions, processing times may extend slightly — but we always work to get your Boosters out fast.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Delivery Timing
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping
3–7 business days after processing. Free on orders $65+.
Expedited Shipping
2–3 business days after processing, where available at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates once the package leaves our facility and are not guaranteed by Meal Boosters.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Subscription Deliveries
Subscription orders ship on a recurring schedule based on your selected frequency. You can adjust your delivery timing, skip a shipment, or reschedule anytime from your Meal Boosters account — changes take effect on your next scheduled order.

Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If you cannot locate your package:
- Check around your delivery area, porch, and any safe spots the carrier may have left it
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
If your order appears lost in transit (not marked delivered), email us at Loading.... We'll investigate and determine next steps.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, no return required. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order ships to an incorrect address due to a customer error, Meal Boosters is not responsible for refunding the order or covering costs associated with the correction. We will work with you to resolve the situation and offer a discount on your next order at our discretion.
