We stand behind every Meal Booster. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund or an exchange — even if you've opened and used the product. We want you to actually try it in your meals before you decide.
If you purchased Checkout+ and Package Protection with your order, your return is on us — free of charge. Simply initiate your return or exchange below and we'll take care of the rest at no cost to you.
If Package Protection was not added to your order, return shipping fees may apply. You can initiate a return or exchange at the button above.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please initiate an exchange at the button above. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Subscription & Cancellation
Subscribing is the easiest way to save on every order. Your subscription is fully flexible — you can adjust your delivery frequency, swap products, skip shipments, or cancel at any time directly from your Meal Boosters account. No minimum orders, no commitments, no fees.
The 45-day satisfaction guarantee applies to every subscription order. If you're unsatisfied with the product itself, you can request a refund or exchange on any individual order within the guarantee window — whether you're subscribed or not. Shipping Address Errors
If an order ships to an incorrect address due to a customer error, Meal Boosters is not responsible for refunding the order or covering costs associated with the correction. We will work with you to resolve the situation and offer a discount on your next order at our discretion.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within your 45-day satisfaction guarantee window, subject to the same terms as our returns. Want to swap a product for a different one? Just start your request through the returns and exchanges portal (opens in a new tab) and follow the prompts to choose your replacement.
Like returns, exchanges cover opened or partially used products and are limited to one unit per product. Once your original item is approved, your replacement ships out.
