I’m sure there’s hundreds of ways to use this, but I simply add it to my eggs and it’s delicious because I usually can’t stomach eating eggs everyday unless I add so much cheese that it’s no longer a nice balanced breakfast. I love this stuff!

The product is incredibly easy to use. It really is just powdered cheese blended with protein powder (whey isolate and/or collagen peptides), solid ingredients ready to go. I like to sprinkle it over steamed broccoli so it melts into a sauce.
