It’s difficult to get your protein in on a daily basis while eating less food. This helps me get 20 to 40 g of protein in a day just by using it in my shake and or my coffee in the morning. Haven’t tried mixing it in food yet, but there’s no taste in my coffee which I drink black. Haven’t tried the cheesy one yet, but I’m looking forward to it.

This stuff is incredible. I've always loved my savory cheese flavored snacks. Now I can make healthier versions of them at home, and they're higher in protein. I've used this stuff to make cheesy popcorn, homemade easy mac, and homemade cheese crackers. I add it to roasted veggies and crispy tater tots. I put this stuff on everything!
